Jod
Hello all. I got my 2012 Journey Crew FWD last week. Unfortunately I cannot say that I own it because it is a company leased vehicle. I have to say, though, that it is quite a step up from my 2008 PT Cruiser with a manual trans that I had before. It was hard to keep the foot out of the "go" pedal for the first 1,000mi. but I got to give it a little juice yesterday on the way home. That 3.6 just pulls like a freight train. 5,000RPM seems to be the sweet spot. I haven't seen a whole lot of Journey's here in NE PA and after driving this one for two weeks I don't see why. Lots of room, good visibility, great features and loads of power. This thing is awesome!
air1rfc
Congrats on the Journey and welcome. I still am waiting for my 2012 crew. It should be built tomorrow. Then two weeks to the dealer and I finally get it. Total order to delivery about 11 weeks.
Jod
Thanks. It sure makes some of my 1.5hr drives to work a lot more pleasurable. This is my first vehicle with hands-free communications also and that is one of those, "how did I do without this" features. Jod
I don't make that drive all the time but when I do, it is so much nicer in the Journey. Hands free phone use, hands free radio control, satellite radio, USB port for the iPod. And last but not least 283HP!!!
Windancer
Thanks. It sure makes some of my 1.5hr drives to work a lot more pleasurable. Seems like my 10 minute commute is pale in comparison. :o Terry
