symbasys
Got into my Journey today and leaned back a bit in the seat, and heard something that sounded like plastic breaking. Now my lumbar adjustment doesn't work. :-( Has anyone else had this issue? Guess another trip back to the dealer is in order.

Armendegga
Apparently no one else has had the issue. Hopefully you were able to get it fixed, and it wasn't too costly for you.
Shea Zeiser
Hi All, I did the exact same thing that you did and broke my lumbar support while getting into my 2012 Journey. Wondering if you ended up finding the part that you needed? This morning I took the plastic off the back of the driver seat to access the lumber mechanism and saw how it works. Basically the piece that provides the support is a metal bracket. It cracked in half. The motor still works. Any suggestions on how to get a new metal part? Dealership? Thanks for the time, Shea

OhareFred
I have seen this problem once or twice on this site. Maybe you could do a search, or try a bone yard. Dealer will cost I'm sure... Journey_SeXT and jkeaton
