spelbound Posted March 26, 2012 Report Share Posted March 26, 2012 Hi guys, I have a 2011 Dodge Journey... the touch screen is cracked and I can not see anything on it but colors....do I have to replace the complete radio system or just the screen I called the dodge dealership and they said they would find out but so far its been weeks and when I call they keep giving me the run around. The radio itself is just behind HVAC hard controls in the center stack on the 4.3" and I assume the same would hold true for the 8.4". 2late4u Posted March 26, 2012 Report Share Posted March 26, 2012 how did it get cracked? assuming its your fault since you wanting to replace it yourself,having the air conditions controls on there does give me worries about it going bad after warrenty going out.
