Woodsey
The amp issue has been an ongoing issue...I had mine replaced about 6 months after I got it. Being a brand new car and the dealer saying the issue is the amp...I would demand that they install a new amp instead of waiting for a fix. On my amp it wasn't a programing issue but a component issue.

Niko, Have you talked to the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center regarding this issue? If you have not you should call them and get them involved to solve the issue. If you have already talked to them I would call them back and keep calling till they solve the issue.Numbers below. 800-992-1997 U.S. 800-465-2001 Canada
