lytefall
Is weather part of the satellite radio function? And if so I assume requires subscription? On my 8.4N when I hit weather it says select city but no cities are displayed
air1rfc
Yes I saw the same a looked into it sometime ago. Navtraffic and Navweather is available under subscription with Sirius and XM. It is available in the US and not Canada. I am still under the 1 year free trial and was in the US recently. I could not set it up while I was there. doubleO7
I was able to set mine up while in my driveway, before heading down to Seattle. When I tapped the traffic/weather icon, I got a list of cites (very limited number of cities). Chose Seattle, and this particular channel (139) also has weather and traffic for San Franciso and San Diego. LA has its own traffic and weather channel. My only complaint is Portland, Oregon is not included on channel 139 along with Seattle.
