onecrazyfoo4u
So I had to take her in for the first dealer trip and I've only owned it 2 months. Tires were out of balance since day one. Took them 3 tries and 4.5 hours to get the stupid things balanced properly. Anyways, at least they fixed that. Told them I had the same old brake pedal shimmering when lightly pushed (sign of a warped rotor). Not sure what they did, I can't interprit the paper. I have a feeling they didn't do anything. Looks like they also did a recall but didn't tell me what. Do you guys know?
onecrazyfoo4u
So do you guys think they didn't service the brakes at all? I popped open my hood and there's a sticker that states the PCM was replaced with a used one. What the freak is up with that?
onecrazyfoo4u
I'm surprised no one has any input??! Has anyone ever heard of the PCM being replaced for a recall?
bigtsr
Recognizing that the PCM has no moving parts and is completely reprorammable they are cutting costs by doing just that,as long as it performs as programmed I don't think I would be concerned. onecrazyfoo4u
I just don't understand the reasoning for replacing it. I can't find any info on that recall number...
