EBK
I know that Sirius Backseat TV is not available as a factory option in 2012 Journeys. However, has anyone installed it in a 2012 either through a dealer or aftermarket retailer? If so, how does it integrate with Uconnect? I am thinking about getting this for entertaining the kiddo, but don't know how well it will operate. Thanks!
generaltso
I installed it myself. I just have it plugged into the AV inputs on the back of the center console. Works great, and the kids love it.
EBK
OK. Just trying to figure out how to control it. If it is plug and play, I could just give the remote to the kiddo. She is getting bored of DVD's! She doesn't watch much TV at home except for PBS so I figured some "junk TV" in the car is OK!
generaltso
The Sirius tuner will have its own remote ( it comes with two actually), so the kids can control it themselves. There really isn't much to control though. They can flip between the 3 channels, but that's really it.
