symbasys
It's most likely a defective door lock actuator.. Do you hear any sound from inside the door when you lock or unlock it? Has the door been taken apart at all? If so, the actuator linkage may have become disconnected. If there is no sound, the actuator is probably bad. Official Dodge Support DodgeCares Posted July 24, 2012 Official Dodge Support Report Share Posted July 24, 2012 Clemente, I agree that the actuator would be the most likely place to start looking for a solution.
bramfrank
Does it lock/unlock when you use the door switches?
rcritchley
I've had a problem with just my driver side lock. When unlocking from inside the car or with the key fob the lock shudders up and down very quickly. Sometimes its up far enough to unlock and sometimes its not. i have a 2010 sxt with 40 000 km on it. you guys have any ideas as to what the problem is?
