b rad
I bought one a month and a half ago and I love it so far. Here are some of the pros about it. The 3.6 liter engine has plenty of power. I average 21.1 MPG so far. It handles pretty good for a large vehicle. The headlights are bright and the fog lights make it look pretty sporty. I have a 2012 with the 3.6 l engine. Its the sxt awd model. I traded in my Durango for it and I don't miss it at all LOL. I have the reg 4.3 stereo with Bluetooth Sirius and the other upgrades and it works pretty well so far. I would definitely recommend this vehicle. It also has very good crash safety ratings. Good luck Brad
Mcgusto82
I second that motion. The 3.6 is a really strong engine. They've finally fixed some major bugs on it. So I'd say jump in. Make sure you get all the things you want on it as adding features in the aftermarket can be expensive if available at all. I was able to get a 3.6 AWD SXT with Bluetooth and 3rd row for around 24.5k in late may. Wife loves it so far. (except the gas, we went from a 4cyl sonata to this). Lebowski
If you can, avoid the radio with the 4.3" display: it's a POS that doesn't work. I think the 8.4" model works better, at least I didn't hear many complaints about it.
redtomatoman
Wife loves it so far. (except the gas, we went from a 4cyl sonata to this). Baby it for the first 10K miles. I drove mine easy except for occasional WOT efforts. At about 12K mine started getting much better mpg's. Currently I get 25-27mpg @ 65 mph on the highway using cruise control. Over the last 4 tanks of gas my EVIC mpg meter says 23.7mpg for a mix of town and highway driving. I got 27.1 mpg average on my last trip to Durango (275 miles round trip). Except for the little uncertainty regarding the tank fill level on fill ups, my EVIC meter is pretty accurate. I try to always top off until I see a little gas refluxing out of the gas tank spout. I feel like this gives me a pretty consistent fill each time. Good Luck. Peace.
