Hit-By-Thunder
well after 644 KM's I noticed the bugs building up on the A/C condensor (A/C rad) and decided to do something about it. I removed the top piece of the rad cover. Also it is one piece and the grill is removed at the same time as one unit. The clips are hard to removed but the best way to release them is to push down on the clip and pull the grill forward as you are pushing on the clip. Once the grill/top rad shroud is removed you can insert a screen in a frame infront of the condensor. The size of the frame is 22" X 30 1/2". The flat screen/frame fits perfectly. Now all the bugs can collect on the screen instead of filling up the condensor are reducing the performance of the A/C. I had to remove the horns in order for the screen to sit back and then re-install the horns but if you wanted to go with a frame about 19" then the horns would not have to be removed. The middle clip (behind the Rams head on the grill was a pain in the _ _ _!!! but with 2 pry bars wedged in, and twist the 2 pry bars the clip just popped loose. Not as good for looks like the LED mod, but well worth the time over time Rob

I added a screen infront of the rad and behind the grill so bugs/rocks would not dent and fold the cooling fins. works great Rob/HBT
