I've noticed the connection of tailpipe to exhaust tip has rusted in my 3 month old sxt. your comments?

a rear seat passenger noted that the front end of the second row seat rails are tough on heels as opposed to front rails. a dodge rep reading this may wish to make note.

car running flawlessly after 4500 km and rattle upper middle console seems to have gone away.

I agree about the rear seat rails. My daughter has complained a number of times about scraping her heel. All it would take is a little piece of plastic trim.

Any Dodge engineers reading this forum?

Does anyone remember a rubber coating product that was sold to dip the handles of tools into? Anyway it was a can of liquid rubber that you could, in this case consider a Crescent Wrench, did the handle area into to give it a soft tactile feel. Dip it once = nice coat, dip it twice = thicker coat etc. I knew a guy who used to use it cover sharp edges, use your imagination, to elimate the "threat". I imagine if you could still find it at a tool store that you could use a small paint brush and CAREFULLY coat the pointy edge of the track. Increase number of coats to soften as needed, without interfering with the seats movement. There were multiple colors, such as black, which would make the most sense since the track is black. I have black capeting so if I make a small mistake it would blend in, watch out for the lighter colored interiors!
