W_A_Watson_II
OK, I'm adding a Prodigy Brake Controller to my new (one week old) Journey (already added the Curt Hitch). The Brake Controller isn't a necessary to tow the Polaris RZR, but is an added safety factor, and it will allow me to safely haul the trailers full 3,500# load if necessary. So the question. Where to get the brake signal connection. The Dealer had the service manager contact Chrysler and they gave me the attached info, recommending either cavity 4 or 5 on the Brake Light Switch. The MOPAR aftermarket harness (I'm not using) seems to splice into the wiring harness under the fuse block. Has anyone here installed a brake controller and if so where did you get your brake switch signal? Thanks, Will
W_A_Watson_II
Well, I've not connected the Brake Controller yet, but did tow the RZR a good 600 miles, and was pleased. the torque converter is touchy and un-locks a lot (slightest include). The best MPG was with out cruse, 17.2 while on cruse it only got 16.1.
