Uconnect is option, you can tell if you have it if you have the phone button on your steering wheel. I think VR only works if you have 8.4 with Navigation. redtomatoman
My 2011 R/T does have uconnect blue tooth and the 8.4 Nav. Both the phone and VR worked last week. Nothing now. I am wondering if anyone has had this issue. If so, what was the solution. I always like to go to the service dept. with a clue.

redtomatoman
Thanks DodgeCares. Already had that applied. I am currently traveling and I had planned to go for a mountain bike ride in Kingman AZ. On a whim, I just decided to call the local dealer to see what they would say. Amazingly, they got me right in since I was traveling. Went for my bike ride and they fixed it in less than two hours. Awesome! Finished my ride and went to pu my DJ. Couldn't have worked out any better. BTW, they told me that my voice command/Bluetooth module lost connection with the radio. They reset it. Seems to work fine now. Peace.
