sam g
2010 Dodge Journey's front windshield wipers are not spraying. Checked for blockage there is not. It uses one pump to supply rear wiper's fluid and front as well. Pump is ok because it supplies to the back but there is no fluid being pumped to the front. Please advise in particualr where the relay is located. Thanks...
bigtsr
I would simply follow hood washer lines back to source and disconnect both source and hood outlets. Take compressed air to clear hoses reconnect and test,if they still don't spray I would assume it's the spray nozzles at fault.
biohazard
I dont think its the same motor for front and rear as if that was the case it would come out the front and rear whenever you hit either sprayer control.. Im thinking there is a seperate motor for each and that is your problem.... if it is two seperate motors then a fuse may be the problem... sam g
Thanks for the advice! I have checked the lines, they are not clogged and even have blown air (by mouth). The air passes through the lines and into the washer tank . I have also consulted with the Chrysler dealer, they have suggested it may be from the relay. Unfortunately, the relay for the washer pump is not marked and it is really difficult to know which relay is bad. I did swapped the relays A to B to A, but still have not been able to determine which relay is really controlling. It is a shame Chrysler owner's manual does not give any details on this relay. dbrophy1
I had a piece of the windshield fluid bottle cap blocking the outlet in the reservior
