tstone
Yes, be on the lookout for a 2011 and test drive it to experience the dramatic improvement from the 2010.
biohazard
nothing comes to mind of what to check for.... We just traded in our 2010 SXT and never really had any stand out issues with it the 3 years we owned it. I can only attest to the the fact that they are known for pre maturely wearing brakes, a quick look around the forum with show that but besides that we were very happy with it and upgraded to a new Dodoge journey
wingit11
I have to agree with tstone. We just traded our 2009 DJ SXT for a 2013 DJ Crew and the differences between them are worth considering. Significant changes from 20010 to 20011 well worth looking at.
redtomatoman
Go with a 2011 or later DJ. The improvements are significant. Not least of which is the 3.6 L Pentastar. Peace.

davidlb512
The interior styling, and mechanical updates that came with the 2011-2013 models are a huge factor for holding out on the 2010.
solgerny
Well we would like to go for a 2011, however there are slim pickings here where im at. all that avaliable are 09 or 10.

davidlb512
Cool. Where are you stationed? The only place I've been to in Germany, is Liepzig. And that was only the airport, passing through on my way back and forth to Afghanistan. I can recommend one thing to you, finance thru a credit union if there's one on ur base, or either through USAA. You'll get much better rates. davidlb512
You thought about checking into what it would take to make a Freemont transferable to the U.S.? That would be awesome to be one of the only people in the U.S. with one!
