wrxz24 Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 I had to cut the seatbelt in the third row seat to help a 12yr old friend of my son. He some how got it wrapped around his head and the belt was locked. Wonder if Chrysler can do something for me about getting it fixed. Any suggestions on an approach I should take? I don't know the situation, but I've never wrapped a seat belt around my head. Even as a kid. The situation sounds odd. If it was a true safety situation and somehow the seat belt design was the cause, I think Chrysler may be helpful. If not, well. . . Dunno. Peace.
