Uulalaoc
Finally gonna try lemon law to see if I can get some help! Ever since I bought my used 2010 dodge Journey Feb. 2011, I have replaced rotors, tires, brakes about 10 times now! Ridiculous no Dodge recalls?! BS! I know allot of 2009 & 2010 owners have had same problems! Dealer & dodge both pretending the problem is not theirs but mine!!! I can't afford to keep replacing brakes! My Midas dealer has been great! We have tried every brand! Nothing works for long! I need help! Has anyone had any luck?!
biohazard
those are the exact problems why I dumped our 2010 SXT and traded up to a 2013 RT. The brakes problem has been corrected in the 2013 models with bigger rotors. We did take a lose to upgrade but got nowhere arguing with dodge about the horrible brakes on our 2010 DJ. It sucks that we really love the DJ or else we would have looked at another brand but it really is the best value out there
NECurve
Was the rotor size just upgraded in 2013 or do the 2011 and 2012 models also have the larger rotors? redtomatoman
redtomatoman
The brake upgrade began mid 2012. That's my understanding anyway. My 2011s are the smaller variety. They have held up fine for me. Peace.
