2011 R/T 'New" Brakes

Recommended Posts

Took car in for brakes, 53xxxK long overdue

$1300.00 later, crap

Took back to dealer, they agreed, replaced Calipers

Back at dealer, replaced master cylinder set-up

Back at dealer ?????? loaner car for vacation

My best guess based on experience with Crown Vic ex RCMP car is ABS power module

Will see when back on July 08

What is your symptom? Sounds like someone is simply throwing parts at a problem without diagnosis. There really is no such thing as overdue for brakes. Everyone's brakes wear at alternating rates because no two people drive exactly the same, manner-wise and route-wise. Please share your braking symptoms so we can understand the problem better.

I do not understand your questions basd on our family histroy with recent Dodge/Chrysler products disc brakes do not last as long as 53,xxx K so replacement was log overdue

After repair the "Symptoms" were brakes did not stop vehicle swiftly and firmly as stated ABS problems ----corrected
