Mohammadsen
Has anyone thought of trying to install the front door handles with the sensor and button on the rear.
Mcgusto82
You'd also need to duplicate all of the supporting wiring to the handle and PCM. X2
redtomatoman
I forget honestly, but I think you can set your DJ to unlock all doors when you touch the front doors. Then all you have to do is touch one of the front doors before accessing the rear hatch. Then you don't need any new sensors or wiring. I know this was not your question, but it would be an adequate way to gain access to the rear hatch if your fob was not handy to press the button. Peace. rolly
redtomatoman is right. I have mine set that I only have to touch the front doors to open all my doors. Go to settings (doors and locks) to make the change. Rgwog
klingoff
On newer Journeys there is already a button on the rear hatch to do this which locks/unlocks all the doors. Do you not have one? It is located just to left of your left license plate light.
onecrazyfoo4u
Correct, one hand touch unlocks everything. On my 2012 there's a button on the rear hatch like klingoff describes...that also unlocks everything. Rgwog
redtomatoman
My 2011 has the rear hatch button too. Forgot as I have only used it a few times. Peace.
