DHP
I have a 2011 Jorney SXT and everytime I shift to "Drive" I get a jerk sound from the tranmission. Has anyone run into this problem before and if so, how was it corrected? I would like some idea before I take it back to Chysler. Thank you
Rodog800
Same problem here... They told me they couldn't replicate the problem... So gave it back to me bs.. On the border of trading it in
trevcda
I ge this as well, although not consistently. I thought a brief pause in neutral was stopping the problem, but it still does it sometimes, but not everytime. Curious to know what it is as well and if I should be concerned. Addicted to Dodge
If the noise isn't real loud then its probably ok. A small amount of noise going through the gears is common in any vehicle that is FWD. Good Luck
trevcda
Mine is a full on "klunk" sound and feel in varying degrees.
bigtsr
My '11 DJ had a pronounced intermittent clunk when going from park to drive or reverse but as the mileage went up it has decreased to not even being discernible and I have being driving it for over 2 years. Biggee72
2013 w/ 20k miles has been clunking since day one. If I was the actual owner it would have been returned by now. I can't imagine why import automakers excel in this country.
