Valter J Sabater
Hello. I'm getting headaches with my Freemont 2013 (Well. It's not a Dodge Journey, but almost everything is the same, and there is no enought Freemont owners to have a forum for these).... The doors are not correctly aligned, and it looks there is nothing I can do. If I put some pressure on the bottom part of the door, close to where is the striker plate located, it goes to the right position. I tried to adjust the striker place, but it looks to be not adjustable, as the screw hole, is the diameter of the screw. So, doesn't matter what I do, when I fasten the screws the striker plate goes always to the same position it was before. The front passenger door, looks to be also getting the same problem as the drivers door, but the difference is still small. Have you, ever noticed a similar problem, with your Journey/Freemont? jkeaton
If the dealer wont help, perhaps a local body shop can take a look. I dont have this experience with mine.
