challenger
I have a 2011 Journey R/T which I recently purchased. It has the auto headlight switch and fogg lights. I can not get the fogg lights to turn on and the lights themselves appear to be good, but I do not know how to remove them without having to pull all the wheelwell panels off. Has anyone else run into this problem?
wingit11
You may have tried this already but just in case, the same switch that you rotate to turn the headlights on, Push in and it should toggle the fog lamps on.
challenger
Thanks wingit11 I have tried this and every combination I can think of. Still nothing. I don't know if there is a individual fuse for these lights as the book is very vague.
DodgeFan72
Try looking under the lid of the fuse box cover for a fuse diagram.
Doug D
I have a 2011 Journey R/T which I recently purchased. It has the auto headlight switch and fogg lights. I can not get the fogg lights to turn on and the lights themselves appear to be good, but I do not know how to remove them without having to pull all the wheelwell panels off. Has anyone else run into this problem? I have a 2010 Journey SXt with fog lights. Don't know if they changed the switch on the '11's but to activate the fog lights on my '10 you pull out on the switch. To access the fog light bulbs do the following. If accessing the driver's side, turn the wheels to the right - there should be a panel to access the bulb. To access the passenger side, turn the wheels to the left. If anyone knows where they can find replacement bulbs for the fog lights please post the information. Most local auto parts stores (Advance Auto, Auto Zone, NAPA) don't stock them and the dealer is far to expensive. So far the cheapest I've found is on Amazon - $12.85 plus shipping. Barry Levy
With reference to the 2012 SXT - believe the headlight control dial has to be active (if auto) or turned to parking or lights on - for fog light to come on when dial is depressed. Also - fog light will not activate if high beams are on. Barry
