Lawdog1911
I have noticed that about every couple of weeks I have to re-set my clock because it is running ahead about 5 minutes of the real time. Anyone else having this issue? NavalLacrosse
bigtsr
Mine does this also and a number of other '11 owners have reported this , I rely on my cellphone for the time as I haven't worn a watch in 15 years. Journey_SeXT

Journeyman425
If your Journey is equipped with any of these radios, this may help: STAR Case Case Number: S1308000363 Release Date: 10/11/2013 Symptom/Vehicle Issue: REB, RHA Radio, Clock Gains Time Discussion: Clock appears to gain time, use the following software update disc to complete. Note: Some radios have a display indicating the radio is at the correct software level as displayed below. Use the disc update to overwrite and reset the radio to correct the clock gain complaints. There is a list of software part numbers which correspond to the appropriate radio sales code which I cannot reprint here - it will not copy and paste from the document. All dealers have access to this STAR case - just provide them with the case number at the top of this document.
Lawdog1911
Cool, thanks. I kinda like it because I get to work a little early when I think I am running late, hahaha. DodgeCACares, Journey_SeXT and Journeyman425

SteveFromNJ
Mine does it, dealer said they'd research it, haven't heard back in about a year, possibly longer. When it gets to about 15 minutes fast I'll reset it but it is a pain sometimes. "Is it now or in the future?"
