John Lyons
I have a 2013 Dodge Journey R/T AWD. In the summer on wet roads, there is no better driving experience. As well, living in Canada, this has been an extremely snowy and cold winter. The AWD has been amazing on all roads so far. I could not be happier with this vehicle. Had a 2009 Journey SXT before. The R/T is a much nicer and more reliable vehicle.

Jay Sixspeedrt
Welcome, John! Glad to read your report about the AWD - I've seen people post various issues with it - but I live in rural western NY, and have driven on miles and miles of snow covered roads, and more than a few unplowed back roads. It's been great for me - I love it - best vehicle I've driven in the snow to date.
Mcgusto82
I too got to drive the DJ on some heavy snow (finally) for a good few hours. I was TRYING hard to make it step out if line, but nothing. Stopped in the middle if an unplowed street, stepped on the gas, snd guess what? The car moved hard, and fast. AWD is great! I had to drive my wife's DJ cause I wasn't sure my can would make it up the hill we live on, like a couple of years ago. Had to walk uphill with my 2 sons, IN a blizzard. Anyways, I saw several cars slidding around, but not the DJ. Wish we got more snow like that. Lol. I want to get my money's worth.
Destination
I drove the first three winters with no snows, just the stock Kumhos, and now with Blizzaks, wow, I thought the car was good in snow before... It's incredible now. Addicted to Dodge
