Jonny boy 3004
Hi again everyone Into my 4 th week of owning my Dodge Journey and not having much luck. My new problem was that I was driving on the motorway at 70 mph on my cruise control and I felt the car tremble and it started to loose speed . Temperature etc seemed fine I wasn't to far from home so I kept going. It was hard to keep the car at 70 mph as it lost all power but I did it just. Anyway before I went home I went to shop to grab some milk and when I started the car the engine light was still on but it had power again . My friend has a cheap diagnostic tool and it read that code . Its going back under warranty yet again after 500 miles and 4 weeks of owning it . This is the 5 th time now . I managed to own it a week this time and I'm hoping I can manage 2 weeks when I get it back . Car is 1 owner fsh 24000 miles . Very strange Thanks
Addicted to Dodge
A quick google search for P0234 says you have an issue with your turbo/supercharger. I would check for crimped wires or anything out of the norm that has to do with the turbo/supercharger, just to make sure its nothing obvious. Good Luck

LENWATTS
I have a sxt-crd 2lt auto journey and when on a fast road accelerating hard up a slop the turbo seems to lose all power and the engine management light comes on. I then have to stop and turn off the engine for just a few seconds for it to reset it self. It will then be ok until the same situation accurs. The engine management light stays on. ??
