If you want someone else to do the retrofit it will cost a LOT... If you are comfortable taking on the task on your own (not that difficult) you can get everything you need at TheRetrofitSource.com and do a nice job for under $700 (under $400 if you use your oem lights instead of new ones). Check out HIDPlanet.com for thorough discussion on techniques, equipment and so on. I will try and do a write up when I do mine, but that will be a couple months out (just got the vehicle 7-Mar).
