Im not sure if your referring to my Journey but Thank you if you are, I found it here in my local Craigs List. It was very easy for me to install. Karen Davis Bort Posted April 27, 2014 Report Share Posted April 27, 2014 ShimShim, The black grill on mine is painted. Really not hard. Grill removes with clips. You can remove the chrome piece from the black components. Then the key is prep: sand teh chrome, apply adhesion promoter, then black primer, the I used chip resistant rim paint and a few coats of matte clear coat. I removed the dodge emblem and did the same to the chrome piece. but painted the formerly black background red. No chips in the last 4,000 miles and numerous car washes.
