aysia
So for a while my mom's 2011 Journey has yelled at her when she starts it up. She leaves the volume at about 10, and when she turns it down it turns down to 9 - even though it sounds like the volume is at least at level 20. It will also lose equalizer and balance settings. This problem is intermittent but when I asked my mom about how often it happens she said every second start at least. After some Googling I found the user DodgeCares list this TSB: 08-048-11 REV. A However, when I called my local Dodge dealership, the woman I spoke to told me that there is no TSB's or recalls for my Journey, and that she did not know of this TSB. She recommended I call Chrysler Canada. The build date of my Journey (from the driver's door) is 061510, which is certainly before the October 4th date that this TSB suggests. Is there a different TSB available for Canadian vehicles? Do TSB's vary between countries? What am I missing?

I will do that first thing Monday morning Apparently they are only open regular business hours and I can't leave a voicemail.

I've identified a TSB which may be related as it has similar symptoms. This TSB may also have been released as a Rapid Response Transmittal which would be applied to your VIN. The TSB is 08-030-12 REV. B. Customer Care can certainly identify any RRTs which may be outstanding. Please re-post with the results if you can. aysia
Thanks DodgeCares! I called Chrysler Canada today and the lady I spoke to couldn't find the TSB I gave her. She said I would have to take the Journey back and then call Chrysler Canada with a reference number and they could look into it? I'm missing something here. This afternoon I will check out this other TSB you posted though! Thank you!!
