seanc.embedded
My car was broken into on saturday night. I had my car locked. No sign of damage to windows or locks. 3 cars in 2 blocks had the same thing happen to them on the same night. Looks like the thief broke the code because all the dodge's with RKE were hit down my lane. Interesting read: http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/breaking-cars-thieves-crack-wireless-security-codes/story?id=17367442 That is an older news story.. but it looks like they have now found the codes for newer cars. Mine is a dodge Journey 2013 SXT.

Crooks will spend more time and give more effort finding ways to make money illegally then they ever would getting an education and a job... They aren't lazy or stupid, just a little bit off somewhere. jkeaton
Sparkyssxt
A jimmy hasn't worked in quite some time now. The lock pin u see go up and down is on a motor/servo and the rods that ARE left are blocked so you can't get the jimmy on them. Watch gone in 60 seconds some time. It's no sci-fi bs. They really make portable code rippers
