I bought the Black Mopar T-Handle shifter but I haven't had the time to figure out how the factory handle comes off. Most dodges you just need to pull hard and watch your face so you don't hit it... I feel like I read somewhere that the DJ has a collar that releases it, but I could be mistaken. Either way, I'm sure the install is only like 5 minutes... Get it done and post pics! Any pics from farther away to get a feel for how it goes with the rest of the interior? Does it glare in your eyes like the OEM knob?
