Milous
I put together this file for you. For some inexplicable reason, attachments on this forum are limited to a ridiculous 19kb in size (about enough to post a 1-sentence PDF file). 2013_Journey_exterior_mirror_removal.pdf Edited November 1, 2014 by Milous rolly and davidmack40
davidmack40
Thanks much for your help Milous. Looks a little tedious removing the door panel, but I'm going to give it a go. I can imagine what the labor cost on this repair might be. Thanks again for your help Dave

patelajit
Thank you much for your help Milous. The door trim removal article is greatly appreciated. Dave Hello, Were you able to replace the mirror? I just got 2011 Journey. The power mirror on passanger side is not working. I cannot even move it manually. I believe they may have replaced the mirror but I am not so sure (maybe they messed up something). Your help will be appreciated (even if I can move it manually it will be good!) Scotty in NZ
Hi there, We're looking to replace a side mirror on our 2010 Journey (broken at the base). Our mirror is colour coded (same as the body colour), so I want to transfer our existing mirror casing onto the new mirror to save having to paint it. By any chance does someone know how to 'dismantle' the outer casing of the side mirrors? If yes, could you please post some instructions? (refer to attached photo with red outline as reference) Thanks in advance. Scotty Edited September 21, 2017 by Scotty in NZ
