gtuttlepi Posted November 10, 2014 Report Share Posted November 10, 2014 I bought a 2011 Journey at insurance auction & everything seems fine except for the Garmin Nav system. There is an icon on the screen & I push it & after a while it finally shows GARMIN & then just goes to green screen. Vehicle was stolen for almost 2 months. redtomatoman Posted November 11, 2014 Report Share Posted November 11, 2014 2011 and newer Chrysler Nav systems use garmin software. Not sure why your unit is malfunctioning. Uconnect is proprietary. There are software updates to the 8.4/8.4N radios which *may* cure your problem, but more than likely the radio will have to be replaced.
