Morning problems

I have a Dodge Journey 2010 R / T version, 2.0 crd, manual transmission, i loved que car, but about 2 months the car has give me headaches.
Some mornings, after running about 3 minutes the car starts to shakes like three cylinders and the engine fan works too, like a rough idle.

Normally after that if I drive normaly to the engine warm up, everything takes normal, or a simple off/on key the engine starts normaly, this problem only happens in the morning or when the car is stopped for some time until completely cold.
I've taken the car to the dodge dealer, there are no error detected, but they change the fuel filter and air filter, clean the EGR They DPF particulate filter with the propper products, and the problem continues.
The problem is much like the DPF regeneration, it's possible the problem with dpf?

anyone had these symptoms with the car?

what kind of the normal symptoms during regeneration?

Best reegards,

Sérgio Almeida

every time that it happens does not come with any MIL(engine) light, dashboard temp and rpm's seem to be normal.
In diagnostic machines does not detect any error
code

Thanks, tomorrow I will leave the car in a diesel injection specialist to search leakage problems or injectors, etc, etc.

after that I update the post with some news.

Hi All,

I have the 2010 CDR 2.0 diesel and my DPF is dead. I was hopping to find a used one in crap, but I wanted to be sure about the part, since i'm ordering it online. Does any one know the correct DPF part number? Thanks

welcome to the group, I hope some of our members in other parts of the world can help you most in this group are in the U.S. and we have no access to  a diesel journey, but the part you need shouldn't be to hard to find on the internet..Please report back on what answer you find for others that might need this info

Lots of auto parts have the actual part # in tiny letters on the part somewhere, try cleaning it off a bit. DPF filters are sometimes cleaned and refurbished using special chemicals. Maybe something to check into.
