Radio going crazy in my 2011

So my wife called me at work today saying every time she went over a bump it either changed the station or track of what was playing in the radio!! It's a main street and version with the 4.3". I'm pretty knowledgeable with cars but am not into messing with factory electronics these days...too much happens if you disconnect the negative haha! Thanks for any input.

Sounds like a loose connection,you can do the same thing from

steering wheel controls so it could be clockspring or bad connection

at the radio black box.

For radio issues, you need to disconnect the negative terminal for at least 1/2 hour. You will not lose any presets because the radio has a small battery to keep them. Try this. See if it works. Has worked for me numerous times in the past!.

Operative word was "BUMPS" and the reason for my suggestion.

id look at the steering wheel buttons.
