Cyclecolor
My Journey SXT Rear left turn signal does not work. I have confirmed that the bulb filament is serviceable as is the filament housing. I have also confirmed that there is no power at the filament housing connections. So, my question is: Could it be the blinker sender unit? If so where is it located. I am unable to identify any fuses applicable to the turn signal circuit. All suggestions welcome. bigtsr
The blinker is an integral part of the dash circuit board. I have seen this problem before and if I recall correctly the cause in that case proved out to be a broken wire in the rear hatch wiring loom. Break is likely caused by opening/closing the hatch over a period of time. You could as a first effort disconnect the DJ battery at the negative jumper location for 10-15 minutes to see the TIPM when rebooted will clear the problem. dhh3
