Excedrin1997
Hi, I have a 2014 Dodge Journey and all of a sudden my Uconnect has started rebooting every 10 seconds. Anyone know if there is a way to reset it without pulling the negative terminal?
bramfrank
I suppose you could pull the radio out - it isn't hard - but disconnecting the negative is simpler. Or . . . you could roll by your dealer.
bigtsr
How about the fuse for the radio?
dhh3
What doe the screen say when it is doing it?
Excedrin1997
I was looking for the radio fuse but the only one close is for video/DVD. I'll try that when I get home. Pulling the radio out sounds time consuming as well which is something I don't have much of or id go to the dealer. What happens is every 10 seconds the screen turns whitish and then it'll go blank then back to the radio or nav or whatever was on the screen. Excedrin1997
So I pulled the video DVD fuse and that just kept the screen blank but power still to it. Just have to figure out which fuse provides power to it.
Official Dodge Support DodgeCares Posted March 3, 2015 Official Dodge Support Report Share Posted March 3, 2015 Excedrin1997, Do you have the latest software installed on your Uconnect system? If not, that could be causing the issue. If you are unsure, you can check here: https://rsur.extra.chrysler.com/rsur/Uconnect.do Let me know and I can try to assist further. Regarding your fuse question, there is a screengrab attached below showing the listed radio fuse. The fuse cavity is F128 and the mini-fuse is 15 Amp Blue.
