dhh3
Welcome to the forum. Is it still playing music? You may be able to reset it by disconnecting the negative terminal on your battery for at least 1/2 hour.
redtomatoman
My 2014 Journey Blacktop SXT radio screen just went blank and wont come back on. Has anyone had this issue? Yes. My 2011 uconnect has had some intermittent issues. Nothing so consistent that I wasn't able to live with it, but recently it has been worsening. I'm scheduled to have my radio unit replaced 4/8/15. I've summarized my issues on another thread. I'll update after the replacement. Peace.

I'm guessing that this is the actual radio. Do they replace the screen, also? Just curious for future reference.
redtomatoman
My understanding is the radio is in the dash behind the screen. The screen is just for display. So I don't believe the screen will be replaced. I hope the new radio solves my issues. So far, uconnect has been the only disappointment with my DJ. Crossing my fingers. . . Peace. dhh3
bigtsr
If you want to see the physical guts of the radio system go to Coastaletech website and watch one of their Dodge how to videos. dhh3
