barnes923
I have a 2012 Journey. Yesterday when I got out of my car I noticed the wiper blade was stuck in the middle or the rear window. I got back in the car and tried to turn the wipers on, they wouldn't move, then when I drove off in the car I realized that when I was shifting my car in gear the rear wiper starting moving very slowly. Front wipers are still working good tho. And I noticed my horn went off a couple of times, and when that happened the exterior lights flashed. Anyone else have this kind of problem? OhareFred
Read the "rear wiper madness" post.
bigtsr
May be as simple as a TIPM reset or a short in the cabin to hatch loom.
jkeaton
Disconnect the batter for a bit.
dhh3
When this happened on my 2011 Nitro, the dealer had to replace the rear wiper motor. Lucky, I was still under warranty.
barnes923
Unfortunately I'm not under warranty anymore, I'm dreading going to the dealer to get it fixed.
Lobitz68
Unfortunately I'm not under warranty anymore, I'm dreading going to the dealer to get it fixed. Then do it yourself... If it is the motor it should be fairly simple to diagnose and repair. jkeaton
