RetiredChief
Picked up my new Journey SE/AVP last Thursday. So far it's everything I have hoped it would be. Test drove a 15 back in December of 14. Drove the snot out of it with the 2.4L, and found that despite all the hoopla about it being underpowered, it really isn't. But again, I am carrying 2 adults, 1 dog and maybe 150 lbs of luggage on a long trip. We leave the heavy work to our 04 Durango AWD.

rolly
My brother-in-law has the 4 cylinder and he's quite happy with it as well.
bfurth
Welcome aboard! That's the same thing I found about the 4 banger. Sure, it's not going to win any drag races, but it's a strong enough engine to get me from point A to point B and back, and it's got enough seats to bring the family comfortably enough. A vacation car for me it is not (not with the kids anyway), but that's why I have a Town and Country.
