rickbart
Hi, first time on this forum. I have had a couple of times where the 2012 DJ sat for a few days and the battery was low enough to not start the vehicle. Has anybody done a test to see how many amps are being drawn after 10 min. so all the computers and/or modules have gone to sleep? I did this by disconnecting the neg. battery cable from the top post and connecting the amp meter between the post and the cable. Mine seems to draw .25 amps constantly. Is this normal? bramfrank
Nope. Do you have any aftermarket accessories? Have all of the software updates been done? There were one or two to address battery rundown issue as I recall.
2late4u
you have a problem, normal cars can go for a long time without needing a jump, battery age, charging system of your journey not up to par, and or aftermarket add ons not done right.hope you find the problem
