frank journey
Well I bought a dodge journey to replace a chrysler pacifica that was loaded. I started reading the reviews and really started thinking if I wanted one. we had the 3.5 in the chrysler and logged 168,000 miles on it with very little issues. the journey did not live up to the pacifica in my mind but my wife wanted something sporty that would fit our grandkids. we got the r/t loaded with every option except awd. I have added the chrome body side mouldings, chrome window sill kit and blacked out the 2 front windows. I'm going to get the chrome grill inserts and I have put a wood dash kit in it. these things really set it apart from others and brought us to the look we were use to. it has run very well and we have 5000 miles on it in the first month. the lifetime warranty was the selling point for us over the other makes. I think it will be a good car that I will end up keeping.if you think the inside has way to much plastic I really suggest the wood dash kit from b and I.it took the inside to a very classy look. I hope all goes well with it and the chrome options out there really can class it up.
wyoram
Welcome to the Club I really like the wood dash/trim kits myself. I think they look really sharp. Got any pics of it? I haven't had the chance to do mine yet.
