tyeayo
Hello all, I have a 2014 dj sxt that does not have the fold flat front passenger seat. I was wondering if it would be possible to buy a fold flat seat and just swap it out? Is the mounting bracket the same for both? I can get a fold flat seat used for around 150 locally, just curious if it can be done "plug and play" style? dhh3
rolly
I don't see why not, especially if there haven't been any changes to the design from previous years or a change in supplier. dhh3 and jkeaton
tyeayo
thats what I was thinking, but my only hangup is going from NON FOLDING to a chair that is a fold flat..... I would be sure if I was going from a fold flat to a fold flat that it would work.... Just wondering about the mounting bracket on the floor of the car, are they the same in in both types? I would imagine they are though, but wanna make sure dhh3
dhh3
If there is a Dealer in your area, go check one out. I would imagine that the mounting tracks are the same, so the mounting bolts would be in the same place. jkeaton
