To start, there's no indication of where you are. Country of residence and whether you need all-season, winter or a summer-only tire are factors.

Assuming you are in the US, the simplest thing is to head over to tire rack, enter your vehicle information and read the customer reviews for the tires they recommend that are in your price range.

Then go to Sam's Club or Costco (assuming you are a member) and compare pricing for whatever your want for the tires, installed.
