gui0407
Hi everybody, first topic here ! I have a 2011 sxt and whenever I stop, in D or P, the consumption bar goes all the way to the top and in red. This picture I got from another post here and how I think it should be And this is how mine is, parked, 0 Km/h, not acelarating... Any tip on what I should check ?? Thanks a lot dhh3
jkeaton
Check nothing. It's saying you are at max mileage since there is no load. Maybe someone else has a different take, but I wouldn't worry about it. dhh3
redtomatoman
Something is not right. If I understand correctly, you are not moving. If the engine is running and you're not moving, then you can't be at max efficiency. In fact, that's the worst possible scenario. Get it checked. Peace. dhh3
bramfrank
He's set in metric. It is litres/100 km - full scale is correct (infinite fuel/100km when not moving). If he sets it for MPG it will sit to the left when not moving (0 MPG). jkeaton and dhh3

Lobitz68
Can I switch mine from leters to mpg? Done from the setting screen>display>units. You can do it with the buttons on the steering wheel as well... jkeaton and dhh3
Cody Chornobey Powley
Hmmmm I'll try it. Thanks!! dhh3
bramfrank
You can do it with the buttons on the steering wheel as well... No. You can't. The only value that can be switched from Metric to English and back again from the steering wheel is the digital speed readout. Cody Chornobey Powley
Change my settings. Turns out I get 23-24 mpg in town impressive with magnaflow mufflers. Getting my resonator replaced with a magnaflow resonator dhh3
dhh3
I removed my resonator - it did nothing to improve MPGs.
