Rgwog
I have noticed on the Dodge web site and local dealers sites, that they are selling 2016 journeys that are not the new redesign. Did I miss something or have they pushed back the unveiling of the redesign? dhh3

redtomatoman
I hope this isn't the case, but it wouldn't surprise me too much if the DJ is dropped altogether in favor of a Chrysler crossover. Dodge is going for the muscle image, and many think the DJ doesn't have a muscle image. I disagree, but what do I know? IMHO, the DJ is bad ass and can out-muscle most other vehicles in the CUV category. Peace. dhh3
redtomatoman
On yeah, I forgot to mention that Alfa already has a crossover in the works. Not sure how that figures into FCA calculations. Time will tell. I'm keeping my DJ as long as I can. Peace. dhh3

Rgwog
Ha ha. Yea, A lot of Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda there. And apparently still nothing in there. Just going to be a wait and see, I suppose. dhh3
dhh3
Last I read, Alfa is in the process of introducing a midsize car, bigger that the one that the Cherokee, Dart and 200 are based on. This is a RWD car, with the option of AWD. The next DJ and Avenger will be based on this chassis. This crap changes monthly. I also read where Chrysler keeps the minivan but also gets a X-over. Remember, the Pacifica rode on the minivan chassis, so it is possible that Chrysler can sell both. If this is true, the DJ will be a bad boy little brother to the Durango. Time will tell.
