sletter1
Yes, I have searched and found many entries on Google. This seems to be the most likely place to get the correct answer. I have already paid our dealer once to try and fix this without success. I know how hard intermittents are so no blame from me. This seems to be a known problem but there are too many suggested fixes out there. What is the actual fix? Some Say SCCM, some say clockspring, some say steering wheel wiring harness. Dealer replaced the switch but it is back worse than before. dhh3
OhareFred
Did you notify the dealer they didnt fix it? If not do so. They should continue to attempt repairsbut you should not be paying deductables, etc. you should only be paying for the repair that fixes it. Leave the car if you have to, but if they changed the clockspring and its worse than ever, i wouldlook at the wiring coming from the wheel to the computer. Best of luck.... dhh3 and jkeaton
