Blackout
Hi everyone hope everyone is staying warm with this weather. My driver side seat the last 2 days makes a squeak sound when I sit in it or when I'm getting out of the vehicle while I'm driving no noise at all. Is this a normal thing? dhh3

jkeaton
No it is not a normal thing and yes, it's because it's frickin cold. Things squeak when it's cold. Even human body joints. Don't worry about it. Edited January 14, 2016 by jkeaton dhh3
xcaliber81
In my dodge caliber there was a bolt rubbing on my seat belt latch and then I moved it rubbed on the bolt and made a squeak. I doubt it's the same on this car though. Edited January 14, 2016 by xcaliber81 dhh3 and jkeaton

jkeaton
You can shoot some low temp lubricant on the moving parts and see if it quiets it down. dhh3
Blackout
Hey guys I was playing with the seat a little and I think the seat might be rubbing against something making it squeak. Can't figure it out exactly what it is but ill wait till the weather is warmer and see if it still does it then have the dealer look at it dhh3
