Extensive wait time for recall

Hi, This is a question for the Chrysler reps that are members here. I received a recall notice for my 2008 Caravan and my 2010 Journey. I don't have the recall code as I write this but it has something to do with the ignition switch and keys. I went to my local dealership with the recall and was told it would be a while for parts. That was about 3 months ago. When I originally got the notice it was over a year ago because Chrysler said they were waiting for the parts to come in and that I would receive another letter when they were in. I didn't receive that letter. With all that said. Are the parts available or I'm getting the run around from the dealership. Thanks.

Hi, Both R03 recalls are done on my Caravan and Journey. I've have 2 recalls left on the Caravan, One part they had to reorder,(Defective). The other recall part won't be in until the middle of 2017.
