43,000 miles later, oil changes, tires and front struts (plus a recall, flash and/or TSB or two) is all we've had to do to it:





My 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT, 73,000 miles:



My 1995 Chevrolet K1500 Z71, 205,000 miles:



My 2007 Ford Mustang, 112,000 miles (daughters):



2004 Hyundai Tiburon GT, 65,000 miles (sons):



And last but not least, 1997 Ford Escort, 61,000 miles, the family beater car when no one wants to get theirs dirty:



Between doing all my own maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, detailing, etc, they keep me pretty busy....

I love a clean car! I'm convinced they run better when they're all cleaned up like new You should see what comes into my dealership. Beautiful, expensive vehicles that are just trashed. Dents and scratches all over them, paint that hasn't been washed in weeks or more, interiors full of dirt, sand, old food, clothing, garbage. It's so sad. I could never live that way. It's a no-brainer that your car will last longer when well-cared for. But there's something about driving a freshly cleaned, detailed car - it's like it's new all over again. I still feel that way about my beloved 300M after all these years and miles.

It's a shame that the Eclipse was never sold here. Such a pretty vehicle. I think I saw a Mitsubishi 3000GT once, obviously imported.

JKeaton, how much does it cost to register all of those vehicles? Our registrations are around $600 per year here (depending on the size of the engine)

2009 Ducati Monster 696 with Termigoni Carbon Fiber Exhaust and performance tuned ECU.

1995 Kawasaki Klx250R factory dirt bike grandfathered in to be fully street legal with every performance mod possible 35 Hp and custom upgraded plastics, fenders, and fork guards off a 2014 KXF. 351cc big bore engine kit to come = 49 HP.

At half the weight of the ducati and just under half the hp safe to say she flies for a 250! Lol

On nice sunny days it's hard to decide what to ride sometimes

Finally my 2016 Journey which is mainly for work, rain, grocery getting, and to haul my Kawi when the trails are farther than 2 hours away.

Might be the only one who likes the escort... We drove my wife's 1993 zx2 coup until I bought the journey last year.. It's still driving around town.....

My sons first car was a 2000 ZX2. My daughters current daily is a 1997 Escort coupe.
