priell3
Tomorrow will be my last working day. I am retiring from the job after 31 years. I'll be finding another job that will leave me more time for fun as I'm too young yet for a cane and rocking chair. I plan to get back to hunting and fishing too. Plus more time to enjoy the Journey. dhh3

bigtsr
Congrats - you will start to wonder how you had time to work after a while. Called it quits in 2000 @ 59 years old after 39 years. rolly, jkeaton and dhh3
priell3
Awesome Mike. I have a suggestion for a new job.....be a bouncer at a nudie bar. I don't think that would get my wife's approval. lol Thanks all. Animal Mother and dhh3

BrianS
Good for you!! Enjoy the heck out of it, you've earned it. I'll be right behind you, in about 5 years if things go as planned. dhh3
hockey_puck
Congrats! Don't rush to find another job. If you don't need the extra cash, enjoy the summer and see if you have enough interests to keep you busy. I had a little part time job for a while, but gave it up cause it interfered with hockey on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and swimming on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I cut back in those activities as soon as mountain biking season starts. Sheesh, barely enough time to wash the Journey! I now consider work just another 4 letter word that ends with a K. H.P. dhh3
dhh3
My broken spine put me in early retirement in 2010, so no work since then!
